Patagonia Sur launched “Valle California”, a 3,300 hectare real estate project that seeks to preserve the area with minimal human intervention. The aim is to protect an ecosystem of important value for the country and the planet.

The concept of “Shared Ranch”, a popular concept in the USA, where a large area of land is used for agricultural purposes while smaller parts are for residential use; sharing common areas and seeking conservation.

In the 3,300 hectares of the property, there are 25 parcels that have a minimum size of 9 hectares each, which leaves approximately 3,000 ha for common use and conservation.
