In our history, we have evaluated and designed different hotels and real estate projects. We have also participated in transactions for more than US $ 250 million.
Finally, since our inception we have promoted knowledge, promotion, development and investment in the tourism sector in Chile and Latin America, participating in international audiences such as GRI, HOLA, SAHIC, WTTC, WTO, MIPIM, among others.

Hernán Passalacqua
Executive Director
Commercial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, MBA from Imperial College, London. He worked for three years in the Chilean financial sector with the Consorcio group and in the insurance market at Lloyd’s of London.
For the past 25 years, he has dedicated himself to the tourism and real estate sectors, with experience in real estate investments, hotel development, hotel transactions, lands for development and conservation, convention centers, and other assets.
With a strong vocation for public affairs and national interest topics, he served as President of the Tourism Commission of the College of Engineers, led Sebastián Piñera’s government plan for Tourism, and is a delegate for the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC). Additionally, he is a board member of the tourism business association FEDETUR and participates annually in the international conventions SAHIC, HOLA, GRI, and WTTC.
Diego Wolff Alemparte
Director of International Business
Commercial Engineer from Universidad de Los Andes, with over 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, both in Chile and internationally. Graduate of a dual Master’s degree in “International Hospitality Management” from Emlyon Business School and Institut Paul Bocuse in France.
During the first semester of 2019, he worked as a Junior Consultant for the prestigious chain “Accor Hotels” in Shanghai, and later worked at the headquarters of the Catalan chain “Derby Hotels Collection” in Barcelona.
María Agusta Amunátegui
Marketing and Brand Communication
Hotel and Restaurant Administrator from INACAP, with experience in hospitality, marketing, commercial management, communications, and administration.
Throughout her career, she has worked in hotels such as NOI, Radisson, and Hotel Boutique Casa Werner, where she served as General Manager. She also has experience in the real estate sector, project management, and entrepreneurship.
Currently, she leads the Marketing department at Fitzroy, responsible for digital strategy, communications, social media, campaigns, content, and brand positioning. Additionally, she coordinates commercial actions and supports the administrative management of the company.
Felipe Cruzat
Agricultural Director
Agronomist with over 20 years of experience in agricultural project management and development, specializing in orchards and farm design, with more than 350 hectares developed on hillsides in the Aconcagua and Maipo Valleys.
Solid background in farm management and agricultural operations, soil preparation, plant nutrition, and advanced irrigation systems, along with the end-to-end management of productive farms exceeding 500 hectares of fruit trees.
He served as Assistant Agricultural Manager, leading operations across multiple properties for projects including Viñedo Chadwick, Seña, Don Maximiano, and Arboleda.
He currently participates in the operational and strategic management of farms associated with agricultural companies in the nut, forestry, and cereal industries, bringing a comprehensive approach focused on operational efficiency, productivity, and sustainable development.
Manuel Claro
Analyst and Broker
Commercial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with experience in financial markets, investments, and asset analysis. He began his career at BICE Inversiones, in the Equity and Trading Desk area, participating in the analysis of IPSA companies, evaluation of investment opportunities, and the development and structuring of investment funds.
His experience has focused on financial analysis, business valuation, market research, and the evaluation of investment opportunities, combining quantitative tools with a strategic and commercial vision.
