Fitzroy

We support companies and projects in the hotel and real estate sectors, such as convention centers, second homes and leisure, casinos, etc.

Our clients have been investors, investment funds, family offices, national and international hotel chains, tourist operators and financial institutions.

In our history, we have evaluated and designed different hotels and real estate projects. We have also participated in transactions for more than US $ 100 million.

Finally, since our inception we have promoted knowledge, promotion, development and investment in the tourism sector in Chile and Latin America, participating in international audiences such as GRI, HOLA, SAHIC, WTTC, WTO, MIPIM, among others.

Vision

Support and encourage tourism investment in Chile and Latin America. We are aware that the tourism industry is a tool that allows nations to decentralize, generate wealth, generate employment and foster entrepreneurship.

Advise our clients throughout the investment or divestment process. For each client we look for a solution that adapts to their needs and reality

Hernán Passalacqua

Executive Director

Business Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

MBA Imperial College, London, worked for three years in the Chilean financial sector with the Consorcio group and in the insurance market in Lloyds de Londres. The last 20 years has been dedicated to the tourism and real estate sector.

Hernán attends and exhibits annually at the international seminars SAHIC, HOLA, MIPIM and WTTC, which allows him to maintain a current network and be aware of new trends in the industry.

Since July 2019, he is Director of FEDETUR.

Diego Wolff Alemparte

Project Manager

Commercial Engineer from the Universidad de los Andes. With more than 5 years of experience in the hotel industry, both in Chile and the rest of the world. Graduated from a double master in “International Hospitality Management”, at Emlyon Business School and Institut Paul Bocuse in France.

During the first semester of 2019, he worked as a Junior Consultant for the prestigious brand “Accor Hotels” in Shanghai and then worked at the headquarters of the Catalan brand “Derby Hotels Collection” in Barcelona.

Cristóbal Cerda

Broker

Business Engineer from the Universidad Del Desarrollo.
Graduate Student Exchange Program at Copenhagen Business School.
Diploma in Hotel Real Estate Finance and Asset Management from Cornell University.

He worked for a year in the hotel sector in professional practices. At the Plaza El Bosque Hotel and at Atton Hotels, he worked in the management control areas of AA&BB, Marketing and User Experience.

In January 2018 he joined Fitzroy and today he is Head of Hotel and Real Estate Projects
