The Rio Cisnes Natural Reserve property has lush ancient forests, 3 accesses by the Carretera Austral, more than 5 kilometres of banks of the Rio Cisnes and Rio Grande, multiple lagoons, as well as a network of 6 km of interior vehicular roads, 8 km of pedestrian trails, viewpoints and walkways, for the articulation of the property.

Within the native forest of the land, there are coigues, tindeos, lumas, ciruelillo, mañíos, cypress, among others.

Within its buildings it has a 240 M2 meadow shed, a 46 M2 shelter and a 140 M2 caretaker’s house, together with other complementary constructions, such as sheds, temazcal, HotTub, garage, among others.

The property was used for tourist purposes due to the scenic beauty of its surroundings, native forest and river banks with excellent sport fishing.
