Finally, since our inception we have promoted knowledge, promotion, development and investment in the tourism sector in Chile and Latin America, participating in international audiences such as GRI, HOLA, SAHIC, WTTC, WTO, MIPIM, among others.

Business Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
MBA Imperial College, London, worked for three years in the Chilean financial sector with the Consorcio group and in the insurance market in Lloyds de Londres. The last 20 years has been dedicated to the tourism and real estate sector.
Hernán attends and exhibits annually at the international seminars SAHIC, HOLA, MIPIM and WTTC, which allows him to maintain a current network and be aware of new trends in the industry.
Diego Wolff Alemparte
Business Manager
Commercial Engineer from the Universidad de los Andes. With more than 5 years of experience in the hotel industry, both in Chile and the rest of the world. Graduated from a double master in “International Hospitality Management”, at Emlyon Business School and Institut Paul Bocuse in France.
During the first semester of 2019, he worked as a Junior Consultant for the prestigious brand “Accor Hotels” in Shanghai and then worked at the headquarters of the Catalan brand “Derby Hotels Collection” in Barcelona.
Isidora Tscherebilo
Project Manager
Degree in Architecture from Universidad del Desarrollo with practical and theoretical experience in architectural design, urban planning and development of real estate projects.
Between 2023 and 2025 she worked at Fitzroy Tourism & Real Estate, where she started as a Trainee and then continued developing projects in the area of financial advisory, market studies, development of masterplans and architectural plans for tourism and residential projects.
Sophia Hopton
International Public Relations
Extensive experience advising high net worth individuals on international real estate investments. Previously she was Regional Director for Latin America at API Global in Chile, where she helped clients from across the region secure strategic real estate opportunities around the world.
As Director of Business and Events for the Middle East Association in London, she works closely with senior business leaders, diplomats and high net worth individuals across the Middle East.
She holds an MA in Real Estate from the University of Reading and an MA in Politics from the University of Edinburgh.
Javier Prat-Corona
Project Valuation and M&A
Commercial Engieneer from the Univeristy of the Andes, with a course in Real Estate Economics & Finance from the London School of Economics.
He has solid experience in financial and strategic evaluation of real estate projects in Chile, the US and Europe.
At the Fray León Inversiones family office, he managed a portafolio of more than 50 projects, leading the analysis of investment projects of presentation to broads of directors and participating in oversight committees.
In addition, he worked as a consultant for a study by the Chilean Chamber of Construction, developing financial models for residential projects in the Metropolitan Region.
